Minglitang ("we") values your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you use the free reading, we use your birth date, time, and city only to compute your reading; our cache stores only a one-way hash of these inputs, never the originals. When you create an account, we store your email, display name, and purchase history.
How we use it
Your data is used only to: (1) generate the reading you requested, (2) send communications you opted into, (3) manage your account, and (4) meet legal obligations. We do not share your birth data with advertisers or third-party marketers.
Where it lives
User data is stored in Australia (Supabase ap-southeast-2).
Wish-vault privacy
Your wish content is stored on Australian servers, encrypted at rest, and locked to your account alone by database row-level security. Minglitang staff have a written policy: we do not access, read, scan, or disclose user wish content, except (a) when you specifically request technical assistance, or (b) when compelled by Australian law. Any exception is auditable.
